Festival Cordillera 2023: Lineup announcement

Festival Cordillera 2023: Lineup announcement

The wait is over, the new line-up of the famous and successful Cordillera 2023 festival was finally announced on Wednesday 17th May.

A new festival joins the Colombian capital, last Wednesday, May 17, the networks exploded with the announcement of the new lineup of this new edition 2023 of the Cordillera festival, loaded with Latin American sounds with which we feel identified, and which will feature two days of great music, rhythms, and “Mucho sabor”.

As we can see in the image above, both Colombian and international (Latin American) but world-class artists will be coming to the country on the dates of Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September. With the first stage already sold out and without knowing which artists would be coming, Paramo and the Cordillera festival finally announced the long-awaited lineup and launched the sale of tickets. The artists at the top of the list are Juanes, Andrés Calamaro, Residente, Wos, Café Tacvba, Cuarteto de Nos, Los Ángeles Azules, Damian Marley, among others who will surely make us dance and sing and feel proud to be part of the Latin community and Latin swing.

Where will it take place? The two-day festival will take place again in the Simon Bolivar Park in the city of Bogota. The first edition was held last year and due to its success, the public wanted a new one and well, the artists are at a great level. A key aspect when choosing a venue for a festival is the physical space where it will be held, with points such as accessibility, size, climate, and space between the stages of the different genres and artists. In relation to the above, is why last year it was decided to do within the city of Bogota and not on the outskirts as do other festivals, which resulted in a positive response from most attendees, as to go from one stage to another or if you wanted to see one of the artists who were in another of the platforms, did not require much time, which allowed the festival to enjoy the festival. The company that is collaborating with Cordillera, is “Paramo presenta” which expects to receive more than 50,000 people in this new edition of the festival, which will have different stages that will explore all those sounds of the acclaimed Lineup, such as rock, rap, among other Latin American rhythms that will allow us to disconnect from the city routine and also connect with our roots.

Throughout these months, it is worth talking about most of the artists that belong to this great Lineup, so this will not be the only post that will talk about the different Colombian and Latin American artists that will visit us in September for the festival.
